These terms govern your use of rcomfiji.com (the "Site"), operated by RCom Solutions ("RCom", "we", "us") of Suva, Fiji. By using the Site you accept these terms.
The Site presents RCom's services — accounting-platform implementation (MYOB-first, plus Xero, Zoho Books and custom ERP), fintech, cloud, AI automation, and network infrastructure — and lets you enquire about them. Content on the Site is general information, not professional, tax, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation.
Submitting a form or chatting with the AI Consultant does not create a client relationship. Any services we provide are scoped, priced, and governed under a separate written engagement between you and RCom.
The chat widget is an automated assistant. It aims to be accurate about our services but may make mistakes, and its responses are not binding commitments, quotes, or advice. Anything that matters will be confirmed by a person during an engagement.
The Site's content, branding, and design belong to RCom. Product names such as MYOB, Xero, Zoho Books, FINTEL, CompTIA, Cisco, and Google Cloud are trademarks of their respective owners; references to them describe the platforms we work with.
The Site is hosted on Netlify; forms are processed via Google Workspace; chat responses are generated via Anthropic's Claude API. Property listings referenced in the footer belong to a separate property partner — RCom does not provide real-estate services and is not responsible for that partner's offerings.
The Site is provided "as is". While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties about completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and to the maximum extent permitted by law RCom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Fiji.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Fiji, and disputes are subject to the courts of Fiji.
