RCom Solutions ("RCom", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rcomfiji.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language, because that is how we would want it explained to us.
We only collect information you choose to give us:
We do not collect payment details, passwords, or identification numbers through this website, and we ask that you do not include sensitive personal information in the chat or forms.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Form submissions are delivered to a private RCom spreadsheet (Google Workspace) and emailed to RCom staff so we can respond. They are handled only by RCom personnel.
Chat messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate the assistant's replies. Messages are used to answer you in the moment; we do not use them to build profiles.
Hosting is provided by Netlify, which serves this website and processes standard web-server logs (such as IP addresses) as any host does.
This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
We keep enquiry and application details for as long as needed to handle your matter and for reasonable business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Email saras@rcomfiji.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on genuine requests promptly.
Property listings referenced in our footer are operated by a separate property partner and are not covered by this policy.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
